WARRANTY
All products carry a standard 60 day warranty through us. Some products carry full manufacturer warranty where servicing is done directly through the manufacturer. Please drop off or send the item, along with its warranty card, back to our store. Shipping TO AC Gears will be covered by customer and we will cover the return shipping charge. Please email us before you send your purchase. Warranty valid only for electronic products. Not applicable to toys and other non-electronic products. Warranty will not be honored for user-induced defects (ie. broken parts, loose cable, etc). Please note that warranty servicing will be done by the manufacturer and it is up to the manufacturer's sole discretion if any fees are applied.
ADDITIONAL AC GEARS HEADPHONES/EARPHONES WARRANTY
Headphones and earphones do break over time. We now offer an 1 Year Headphone/Earphone Warranty through AC Gears which you can purchase at an additional cost.
Headphones/Earphones under $100: $10 per pair
Headphones/Earphones $100-$200: $20 per pair
Headphones/Earphones over $200: Not Offered
With the AC Gears 1 year warranty, your headgear is covered for one full year from the date of purchase by ACG, saving you the hassle to deal with the manufacturer. In the event that your headphones, or earphones, become defective within the warranty period, please bring them to our store and we will repair to full working standard. If we cannot repair it, we will exchange them for a brand new unit of equal to or less of the purchase value. Warranty does not cover user-induced breakage (ie. torn cable, broken headband, etc).
RETURN POLICY
Things sold AC Gears are difficult to come by and our suppliers will not repackage any used items. A conditional 14 day return policy is therefore used.
All products can be returned to us for an exchange or a refund if the items are UNOPENED (items remain completely sealed). Packaging that show signs of use or previously opened cannot be returned. Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our office. Refund will consist of unit price only, with a 15% restocking fee (restocking fee applicable only to online purchase). Shipping costs are not refunded. Customer must contact us with the request to return before we issue a RMA number. In-store purchase may be returned directly to the store. Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be refused or disregarded. Unauthorized returns will not be processed. The 14 day period begins when the item is shipped and when the customer contacts us with the request to return.
All sales are final on sale, demo, open box products.
We reserve the right to modify our return policy without prior notice.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Simple. Just contact us with your request (and a reason please, we would like to know why). All non-shipped orders can be canceled and refunded. Shipped order cannot be canceled.

Please try to ship only to the credit card's billing address. Orders to recipient with a different name or different address may be delayed for verification purposes. (Yes we hate fraudsters too).
We will not ship to outside of the USA at this time. You may try our sister website: AudioCubes.com for international orders.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Items in our website that denote Special Order come out of our warehouse in Osaka Japan. Usually these items are more rare and are not consistently stocked at our stores. Delivery time may be a little longer than usual (usually 7-14 days after your order is placed).
OH MY GOD, IT'S IN JAPANESE!
YES! AND THAT'S WHY IT'S COOL! < end cap > We have a lot of Japanese products in Japanese packaging and Japanese manuals. But don't be intimidated, sushi made it here OK and we only carry those that are intuitive to use. If you have questions, simply contact us. More complicated products, such as Robots will always come with a comprehensive manual, or, a Japanese tutor.

* Many items in our store and online are limited run products. Due to their rarity, manufacturers may discontinue production periodically. This means your favorite item may no longer be available next time you visit us :(
* We care about the environment and we recycle our packaging materials and boxes.
* In stock products are usually shipped the same day.
IN-HOUSE HEADPHONE REPAIR SERVICE
AC Gears now offer in-house headphone repair for an additional fee of $20 on any headphones and earphones we accept. The service time is about 2 weeks. Please bring your headphones/earphones into our store for a quick, free, assessment. We may not be able to repair some higher end headphones.
