2-STEP RETURN POLICY

We stand by our great selection of products and believe you will enjoy your purchase. We aim to have our return process be as simple as possible just in case you change your mind!

1) Contact us via email for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within 30 days of your purchase.

2) Return it back to us (you'll need to cover return postage). Returned item must be in unopened, brand new condition or a restocking fee of 15% or more may be charged (depending on the condition of the item). We will process your refund less the original shipping cost as soon as we receive your return. If free shipping was selected during checkout, a refund less $6.99 will be deducted.

* 3D Printers, Special ordered, on-sale (including the use of a special event coupon), demo, openbox items cannot be returned. Orders amount over $500 will be assessed of a 15% restocking fee automatically when returned.

STANDARD STORE + MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY

AC Gears is an authorized dealer/distributor/reseller products sold through our website and our store. All products carry both a standard 60-DAY warranty through AC Gears as well as 1 year original manufacturer's warranty . If your item becomes defective, please contact us for repair/service information. During the warranty period you may chose to send the item back directly to the manufacturer or to our store in New York City. If the warranty is outside of the store warranty period, but within the manufacturer's warranty period, the item can be sent to our store and we will help with the warranty processing on behalf of our customers. Our customers can also contact the manufacturer directly for warranty repair service. Warranty valid for electronic products only, excluding wear-and-tear and user-induced defects.

If you have purchased a $10 in-store warranty, you are entitled to one free exchange of a defective headphone/earphone at the store. Please simply bring the item back for us to verify and we will provide you with a new unit. If the unit is out of stock or discontinued, you can receive store credit for the equivalent or exchange it for equal or higher value merchandise.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Simple. Just contact us with your request (and a reason please, we would like to know why). All non-shipped orders can be canceled and refunded.
